The question being: "Shall CSSB 112(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 112(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 34 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 3 Yeas: Anderson, Cissna, Coghill, Croft, Dahlstrom, Fate, Foster, Gara, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Heinze, Holm, Kerttula, Kohring, Kookesh, Kott, Lynn, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Moses, Ogg, Rokeberg, Samuels, Seaton, Stoltze, Weyhrauch, Whitaker, Williams, Wilson, Wolf Nays: Masek Excused: Joule, Kapsner Absent: Berkowitz, Chenault, Crawford And so, CSSB 112(FIN) passed the House. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 112(FIN) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
